Full Journal pdf2021-05-19 House Journal Page 1176 HB 36 Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 1173) on the following: HOUSE BILL NO. 36 "An Act relating to an application for a license to operate as a dealer in motor vehicles; and requiring a dealer in motor vehicles to maintain liability and property insurance." and SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 36(L&C) "An Act relating to an application for a license to operate as a dealer in motor vehicles; relating to the duties of a motor vehicle dealer; and requiring a dealer in motor vehicles to maintain liability and property insurance." (SCR 6 - title change resolution) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Tuck moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment and recommended that the members vote yes. 2021-05-19 House Journal Page 1177 The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment?"
